Cats: $250* Non-refundable fee + $50 Monthly Pet Rent
Dogs: $350* Non-refundable fee + $50 Monthly Pet Rent

* All dogs must come in for prior approval

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
-All residents above 18 must apply, application fee is $50/each (this covers credit and background check)
-Credit score of 600 or higher
-Security Deposit is $1000
-Income requirement is 2.5x rent amount, plus 2 recent paystubs
