Proof of Renters’ Insurance or Liability to Landlord Coverage is required.

PET POLICY
Cats and Dogs are welcome, maximum of two pets per apartment.
Cats: $250* Non-refundable fee + $50 Monthly Pet Rent
Dogs: $350* Non-refundable fee + $50 Monthly Pet Rent
* Second Pet $50 Non-refundable fee

UTILITIES
Heat: $30-$85 per month/based on square footage
Water/Sewer: $15/month/person
Trash: $15/month
Electric: paid by resident through Dakota Electric Account
Internet/Cable (optional): paid by resident through third party

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
-All residents above 18 must apply, application fee is $45/each (this covers credit and background check)
-Credit score of 600 or higher
-Security Deposit is $1000
-Income requirement is 2.5x rent amount, plus 2 recent paystubs
